Crews start sooner. Safety stays in the plan.
Ask the room: How long did the first crew wait today?
Planning, coaching, and training for the field.
The PTP Assistant turns voice or text into a draft for human crew review. Permit HOLD gates, the Field Coach, Photo Check, and craft training support the conversation, not replace a competent person or site procedures.
Illustrative productive-time value.
10 workers × $100/hour × 250 shifts × 15/60 hour = $62,500 annual gross time value ($250/shift); at 30 minutes, $125,000 annually ($500/shift). These are conservative released-time scenarios, not guaranteed or measured savings. Proposed organization monthly volume pricing is $20 per active licensed user per month for fewer than 200 users, $16 for 200–499, $13 for 500–999, and $10 for 1,000 or more. The qualifying tier rate applies to every active licensed user in the organization. Customer-provider AI usage is additional. Organization month-to-month example: 10 users at $20/month = $2,400 for a 12-month comparison, not prepaid.
Plan + crew review is estimated at 15–30 minutes against an illustrative 60-minute starting point. This is a process-duration estimate, distinct from the conservative 15- and 30-minute released-time-value scenarios above; neither guarantees recovered time or savings.
Individual subscription.
For individual users: $20/user/month, month to month, or $120/user/year paid upfront for a full one-year commitment, equivalent to $10/month. This individual offer is separate from organization monthly volume pricing.
Test a 60-day pilot.
Evaluate 2–5 crews on one project, with no license fee during the pilot. Measure before/after timing and questions for a project-specific report.
